The Client, ordering services from Individual Entrepreneur Matsko Irina Nikolaevna (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), or submitting a request (via feedback forms, calls, or other means) on the website http://highlandershield.io, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data," for the purposes of:
ensuring compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts;
processing incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing services;
analyzing individual actions on the website and website functionality;
concluding and regulating civil law relations and other directly related relations;
providing information to any third parties for advertising and any other purposes not contradicting current laws;
ensuring security;
controlling the quantity and quality of services rendered,
hereby consents to the Contractor's automated and non-automated processing of personal data, namely the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
The list of my personal data for which I give consent to processing includes, but is not limited to:
surname, name;
landline or mobile phone numbers.
This consent is valid indefinitely. The personal data subject has the right to withdraw this consent for the processing of their personal data by notifying the Contractor in writing via email at alexeimatsko@mail.ru.
In case of withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data by the Individual Entrepreneur Matsko Irina Nikolaevna by the personal data subject or their representative, the Contractor may continue to process personal data without the subject's consent if there are grounds specified in points 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006.
